I truly enjoyed my stay at Benson Court Motel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, providing great advice on local transport and dining options. The location is wonderful, with easy access to shops, public transport, and restaurants.

Property was easy to find and included parking.

I was disappointed with the outdated bathroom amenities, as the pedal bin was broken and the soap dispensers were jammed with old product. The room was a bit colder than expected, making it uncomfortable at times, and the noise from the nearby railway line was noticeable, even with the windows closed. I also found that the free WiFi was slow and unreliable, which affected my ability to stay connected during my stay.

The spacious twin room featured comfortable bedding and a pleasant view of the private courtyard, making it a relaxing spot after a day out. The area is conveniently located near shops for groceries and dining options, which was ideal for our family. While the service was genuinely friendly, the parking space felt a bit cramped at times, which was slightly inconvenient during our stay. The bathroom could benefit from some more space as well. this was a good base for our Brisbane trip.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and the property was very tidy. it's a quick walk to the South Bank Parklands and just a few minutes away from many dining options, making it perfect for leisurely exploration of Brisbane's vibrant atmosphere.
